All the licences listed below will be issued within no more than one (1) hour upon receipt of a complete application:
Wildlife hunting licence,
Wildlife keeping licence, and
Business licence.
CITES/Non-CITES import, export, or re-export licences or permits for wildlife will be issued within no more than three (3) days upon receipt of a complete application.
Any wildlife conflict complaint with complete information will be acted upon within 24 hours.
