- All licences to capture and hunt wildlife (for hunters with valid firearm’s licences) will be issued in not more than one (1) hour.
- All licences to keep wildlife based on previous licences, licences to capture or official receipts will be issued in not more than one (1) hour.
- All wildlife trade and import or export licences will be issued in not more than three (3) days upon receipt of completed application.
- All import and export permits will be issued in not more than three (3) days upon receipt of completed application.
- Any wildlife complaints will be responded to in not more than three (3) working days after the complaints are received.
